Returns and Exchange Policy

At Laural Home, we pride ourselves on our quality products. We want to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible. If for any reason you feel the item is not right for you, feel free to send it back within our 15-day return window. We cannot offer refunds past 15 days of your purchase. We do not cover the cost of shipping returns. A 30% restocking fee on the listed price will be deducted from your purchase due to buyer's remorse. 

Return Process: 

Email info@lauralhome.com with the following information:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • If you received the wrong item, or your item arrived damaged, please include pictures. We will cover the cost of shipping and replace the product. 

You will receive an email with instructions and a shipping address. Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging and include a receipt of purchase. Towels MUST be in their original packaging, or we will not accept a return. Once we receive your item, we will send you a confirmation email and your refund will be issued to the original form of payment within three days. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance to help ensure it reaches us.

Gift cards are non-refundable. Items marked and shipped as gifts can be returned for credit. 

We do not accept multiple unit order returns. This constitutes the return of five or more items within one order. Please remember, all of our products are made to order and are constructed specifically for you. We’re a small team with big ambition and see this policy as only temporary.

The digital images we display have the most accurate color possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors, we cannot be responsible for variations in color between the actual product and your screen.
