Return Policy

At Laural Home, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our made-to-order products. We want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible and are happy to assist when an item isn’t the right fit.

Returns & Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery
  • Refunds cannot be issued after 15 days from the delivery date
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • A 30% restocking fee, calculated on the listed price, will be deducted for returns due to buyer’s remorse
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase
  • Towels must be returned in their original packaging; returns without original packaging will not be accepted

FINAL SALE ITEMS
CLEARANCE, FLASH SALE, AND FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
These items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received an incorrect item or your item arrived damaged:

  • Email us with clear photos of the issue
  • We will cover return shipping and arrange for a replacement at no additional cost

Return Process
To initiate a return, email customerservice@lauralhome.com with the following:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (required for damaged or incorrect items)

Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a shipping address via email.

After we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation email. Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment within three (3) business days.

Shipping Recommendations
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Additional Policies

  • Gift cards are non-refundable
  • Items purchased as gifts may be returned for store credit only
  • We do not accept multiple-unit returns, defined as five (5) or more items within one order
  • All Laural Home products are made to order and produced specifically for you

Color Disclaimer
We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. Due to variations in monitors and devices, actual colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.

Cancellations & Price Adjustments

  • Requests must be made within 24 hours of order placement
  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun
