CLEARANCE, FLASH SALE, AND FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
These items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received an incorrect item or your item arrived damaged:
Return Process
To initiate a return, email customerservice@lauralhome.com with the following:
Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a shipping address via email.
After we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation email. Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment within three (3) business days.
Shipping Recommendations
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
